The Sidebar
The sidebar has an important function at TennisGate. In all content pages, you will find the tools with which you can sort your training tips and videos within the categories, narrow them down (filter options) and sort and save them for your own training planning (Collections Tool).
Use the Search Function
Keyword Search: TennisGate has a search bar in the sidebar where you can type in terms like “serve technique,” “volley drills,” or “footwork training” to quickly find relevant video content.
Use the Filter Function
Filter Results: After searching, you can narrow down the results using filters based on your skill level (playing level 1 to 4) or specific filter options like topic, focus (training goals), situation or strokes, to name a few.
Explore the Video Categories
Browse Categories: TennisGate organizes its videos by different topics like analysis, technique, live ball drills, feeding drills, and functional fitness, to name a few.
Just browse through the categories to find a wide range of video resources that suit your needs.
Follow the 4-Level Training System
- Level-Based Navigation: Since TennisGate uses a 4-level system (instead of conventional and vague classifications such as beginner, advanced, or experienced), you can explore video resources organized by these levels. This way, you’ll go through the content step-by-step, watching videos that fit your ability.
- Structured Learning Path: Start with beginner-level content and work your way up as you improve, following the logical progression that TennisGate provides.
