Throughout the exercise, the player runs back and forth.

In the first part, the player moves his head up and down.
Then, he turns his head alternately to the left and to the right.
Finally, the player looks up and down diagonally. This always happens diagonally: right up – left down as well as left up and right down.

By bouncing, the player activates his entire organism. To increase the effect, the player fixes a point on an opposite wall. Then, while lightly bouncing, the player turns around his own axis in four 90ยฐdegree steps. Once to the right and then to the left.
