Joint hygiene for the elbow
The player warms up his elbows before training.ย
For this, he lets his arms hang next to his upper body. Now he slowly raises the forearms with the palms turned up (thumbs out). Once the hands have reached the top, he turns the palms forward (thumbs pointing inward) and pushes the arms back down, turning the palms back up.
He repeats this isolated movement of the forearm 3-5 times.
