General Membership Information

  • What are the different membership levels?

    We offer different memberships for different interests. We recommend to follow the recommendations for coaches, players or parents (target groups).

    • Coaches
      You can view the offers → for coaches here. You can book the Premium Membership (the CoachesClub) or individual categories for coaches.
    • Players
      You can view the offers → for players here. You can book the Premium Membership (the PlayersClub) or individual categories for players.
    • Parents
      You can view the offers → for parents here. You can book the Premium Membership (the ParentsClub) or individual categories for parents.

  • When can I access the content?

    You can access the content immediately after successful payment. You will then receive an invoice by email.

  • What is included in the membership?

    You can see the different benefits of the membership plans on the price pages.

  • What is the difference between Subscription and Membership?

    Memberships give you access to exclusive content in your private membership area. You can easily check your active membership by going to the "Memberships" tab in your → My TennisGate Dashboard 

    Subscriptions manage your payments and renewals. To see your active subscription, update your payment method, or manage renewals and cancellations, just visit the "Subscriptions" tab in your → My TennisGate Dashboard 

  • How often is the content updated?

    The portal regularly updates its content to keep up with the latest techniques, trends, and developments in tennis.

  • When does access to the membership begin?

    Access begins immediately after successful payment.

Billing and Payments

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    All order processes are handled by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, who also process order related inquiries and returns.your details will be passed to TennisGate GmbH for product delivery. 

    You can pay using PayPal, Apple Pay or a credit card. The membership renews automatically unless canceled.

  • Will I receive an invoice after payment?

    Yes, an invoice will be sent in PDF format immediately after payment and can be accessed anytime through your account.

  • When will I be charged for the membership?

    Payment is made one year in advance for the period booked (annual subscription).

  • Why is my order on hold?

    This happens when the transaction has not yet been completed (for bank transfers, direct debit or if the 3D-Secure authentication for credit cards has not been completed).

  • What happens if my payment fails?

    The first membership will only be started after successful payment. If payment for the next membership period fails, the subscription will be set to paused and another attempt will be made. You can change the payment method at any time.

Subscription and Cancellation

  • How can I upgrade my membership if I have already purchased categories?

    If you have already purchased one or more categories and would like to upgrade to the Premium Membership (CoachesClub, PlayersClub, or ParentsClub), please complete the upgrade through → My Account > Subscriptions. 

    1. First, click on the Upgrade button of one of your Memberships. Its an ID Number f.e. #12345
    2. Then select Switch Subscription in the next step and complete the payment process. 
    This is the only way to ensure that previous payments according to selections for coaches are prorated for the premium membership (CoachesClub, PlayersClub or ParentsClub).

  • Do my payments get credited when I upgrade?

    Yes, as long as you stay in your area (CoachesClub, PlayersClub or ParentsClub) – your payments will be credited to your previous individual subscriptions. Your new subscription will start, the others will be automatically cancelled after the upgrade. 

    For example, if you purchase the categories ‘Live Ball Drills for Coaches’ and ‘Feeding Drills for Coaches’, then upgrade to the CoachesClub via your ‘Subscriptions’ dashboard and click on one of your existing subscriptions. 

    Only then is it possible to automatically credit your payments to the upgrade. 

  • Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

    Absolutely not. You have access to the content of your membership for the prepaid period.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    All plans are subscription-based with the option to cancel automatic renewals at any time. All order processes and subscriptions are handled by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, who also process order related inquiries and returns. You can cancel your subscription by accessing the Subscription section in Paddles → customer portal . Your details will be passed to TennisGate GmbH for product delivery. 

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Simply go to you→ MyTennisGate ‘Subscriptions’. Click on your subscription number #12345 (f.e.) and click on CANCEL. 

Account Management

  • How do I renew or reactivate my membership?

    Simply go to you → MyTennisGate ‘Subscriptions’. Click on your subscription number #12345 and click on RENEW.

  • Why are e-mails not being received?

    Major email providers such as Apple, Google, Yahoo tend to ‘swallow’ system emails such as ‘newsletter’ or ‘forgotten password’ emails. You can prevent this by adding our sender address webmaster@tennisgate.com to your safe contacts in your address book.

    If you do not receive an email from us, please send us a message via the contact page and we will create a temporary secure password for you, which you can then change in your customer account.

  • How do I change my password?

    To change your password, you can usually do so by following these steps:

    1. Log in to MyTennisgate "Edit Account"
    2. For changing your Password you need to insert your recent password first.
    3. If you forgot your password you can reset it using this link
    4. Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

    The portal offers engaging video lessons, interactive drills, and practice sessions designed to keep players motivated and interested.

  • How does the portal structure its learning paths?

    The portal features step-by-step learning paths catering to different skill levels, from beginners (Level 1) to advanced players (level, 2,3,4) , ensuring progressive skill development.

  • What kind of skill development resources can I expect from the CoachesClub?
