PERSONAL TRAINING
His client portfolio includes Olympic ski champion Markus Wasmeier, world-ranked tennis players Rainer Schüttler and Stefan Koubek, world-class footballers Dante and Barbosa, world-class gymnast Lukas Dauser and many more.
He currently coaches not only professional athletes, but also junior and prospective athletes in the sports of skiing, tennis, soccer, golf, mountain biking, free diving, snowboarding, synchronized swimming, gymnastics, formation dance and handball
He educated over 1,000 coaches for the fitness chain MRS Sporty and in over 300 seminars and workshops for "PerformBetter", "Sportlerei" and "Inhouse", out training a further 10,000 coaches.
Silvester planned and structured the fitness and gymnastics area at Therme Geinberg, one of Austria's largest 4-star spa resorts with an area of 102,000 square meters.
SPEAKER
Silvester held presentations to a total of over 800 participants for the German Tennis Federation's A-coach training courses in Göttingen in 2017 and Berlin in 2019 and was a speaker at the DTB's athletics coach education program.
He has been a permanent speaker at the Badischer Tennisverband's advanced training courses since 2015.
He demonstrates his expertise not only as a personal coach and athletics trainer, but also as a lecturer (PT A-License, Mental Coaching, Functional Training A-License) and Functional Training Specialist.
SCREENING
In a unique series of tests for TennisGate, Silvester screened the functionality of over 100 top tennis players from all age groups, including professionals Dominik Koepfer, Sina Herrmann and Alex Vecic as well as many national squad athletes.
Silvester carried out a series of biofeedback tests with over 3,500 people, including medical and technical instruction and testing for teams, individual athletes and national teams.
