Top Tip – Use every time before you step on the court.

Tennis is very demanding on the body and muscles tend to tighten up. The sole of the feet is no exception. A hard ball is a great tool to loosen this area.

Starting Position:
Stand barefoot on a laccrosse ball or balck roller ball and massage the whole sole of the foot.  Stop on the sensitive areas and hold the ball under them for 30 seconds, then continue rolling.
