This is an introductory exercise in which you only breathe through your nose. Conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps the body to relax and regulate.

Execution:
Lie on the floor, supine and relaxed.
Breathe in through the nose for about 2-3 seconds.
Breathe out through the nose, for about 4 to 6 seconds.
Breathe in and out several times in this way in a calm regular rhythm

Effect:
Perceive the feeling of relaxation when breathing out.

Duration:
1 to 2 minutes
