The player tests his oxygen level with the Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) while walking.

To do this, the player consciously breathes in and out two to three times. On the third “out”, the player closes his nose with his fingers and starts walking. While doing so, he counts his steps.

The counted steps can be converted approximately like this: 2 steps = 1 second.

Athletes should achieve a value of 40 seconds.
