Balance-Training on the Bosu-Ball

Feed a ball to the players
- Players exchancge balance teaching aids.
- They are standing on one leg again.
- Players play catch with each other and try to remain in balance.

Rotational throws
- The children are allowed to stand on the teaching aids with both legs.
- The players switch between different teaching aids and balls (varying the challenge).
- The ball is thrown with upper body rotation (rotation throw).
